解梦七步走
1, Find the theme or the simple story line of the dream. Where does that theme fit in your life?
第一步,找出主题或者梦的故事梗概,然后空空这个主题跟你生活的那个方面比较契合?
2,Find an extreme condition in the dream--an extreme action or attitude or emotion--then ask yourself if the opposite extreme is happening in your waking life.
第二步, 在梦里找出极致、极端的状况,包括极端的行为、态度或者情绪,然后问自己,是否与之相反的另一个极端在现实生活里发生?
3, Consider if this is a psychic dream---telepathy or a predition about your future.
第三步,假设这是一个超感知梦:空空是否是心灵感应梦,或者是预言未来的梦。
4, What kind of fear---a conscious fear or an unconscious fear---could have produced this dream?
第四步,恐惧担心有两类:有意识的和无意识的,看看哪种担忧会产生这样的梦境?
5, What kind of a desire could have produced this dream? How could this be a "wish-fulfillment" dream?
第五步,哪种渴望会产生这样的梦境? 是否会是“愿望成就”的梦境?
6, What could this dream be telling you about your body and your health?
第六步,如果这个梦是关于你的身体健康的,它在告诉你什么?
7, How have you been changed by the experience of this dream? What lesson did you learn?
第七步,经历了这个梦以后,你发生什么样的改变?学习到了什么样的课程?
